Private Chef (your kitchen)
Hire me (Mark) as your personal chef! I'll cook and meal prep right in your kitchen! I bring all the ingredients, gear, containers, and good vibes. Just need a working stove, oven, sink, outlets, and some counter space. Want to join in like a cooking class? Totally welcome! No cap on servings! If we can knock it out in 4 hours, I’m in!
Private Chef (meal prep)
I can also meal prep for you like your own personal chef, but delivered! I’ll cook everything in my commercial kitchen to whatever you are craving from our , then deliver to you. You get delicious, Filipino or Arab Cuisine meals without lifting a finger (or washing a dish). Just tell me what you’re craving and how much you need. No cap on servings as long as it fits a typical cooking run (2-3 hrs). Big batch? More meat? Your own 10L containers filled to the brim? Bring it on.
Catering
Orrrr you can hire me to cater for your special event! I can even bring chafing dishes to keep 'em warm! Reach out so we can build the best menu for your Filipino or Arab food cravings. You focus on the fun and I’ll handle the food side mate. Easy done!
Free delivery if within 5 kms of my kitchen. Surcharges apply for ingredients out of the norm or if driving distance is more than 5 kms.

“Noohra Sahn” comes from Aramaic, where Noohra means “light of God” and Sahn means “dishes”. The name reflects our passion for creating food that nurtures both the soul and body. It’s about more than just eating. It’s about sharing dishes made with love, care, and dignity in every bite.
